The company buys closeouts, overstock and discontinued merchandise from importers, factories, distributors, 3PL warehouses, wholesalers and e-commerce sellers. It resells this merchandise to independent surplus outlets and regional off-price chains.
It distributes products throughout the United States, Canada, Central America, South America and Mexico. It buys lots ranging from single pallets to full truckloads.
