KleanGrip LLC, based in Saginaw, Texas, makes the KleanGrip, a palm-sized hose and cable cleaner. It sells the tool directly online and takes wholesale and bulk orders from businesses that want to carry its products.
The KleanGrip wraps around a hose, cable or cord and scrubs away mud, grease, dust and job-site grime as it is pushed or pulled through. It can also be used to apply lubricants. It works with hoses and cables from 0.25″ to 0.75″ in diameter and is 3.5″ long. The company names contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, roofers, HVAC techs and welders among its users, along with crews at concerts and live events.
Wholesale buyers fill out an online form, choosing under or over 500 units, and the team follows up. Domestic orders ship free. The company states that its packaging materials are recycled products.
