Ocean State Creations

Ocean State Creations is a family-run manufacturer of costume jewelry based in North Providence, Rhode Island. It was started in September 1959 and is in its third generation of family operation.

Its line includes:

• Lapel and brooch pins
• Necklaces
• Religious (Guardian Angel), holiday, birthstone and novelty items

Pieces come in gold and silver plate and hand-painted colors, and most are made in the USA. Many have genuine crystal rhinestones. It creates its own copyright items, including its Smiley Angels, and also offers custom design. There is a $50 minimum for all orders. Payment is by US credit card, and orders ship by USPS Ground Advantage. Most orders ship within a few days, though items are often made to order.
